仕事で仙台に行った際に、ランチでお伺いしました！
調べたところ、こちらの店舗を運営されている会社さんは飲食店を複数と、
キッチンカーやケータリング事業など、幅広く食を扱っている会社さんのようですね！
会社としてのノウハウがきっちりたまっているからか、ランチでいただいた天丼は
非常に美味しかったです！
正直なところ、天丼は食べている途中で単調な味に飽きたり、食べた後に結構モタれたりと、
あまり良い印象が無かったのですが、、
コチラの天丼は、良い油を使用しているからか、サクッとカラっと揚がっていて、
全然モタれることが無かったです！
食材の味を活かしているからか、天ぷらそれぞれで味の違いを楽しむことができて、
最後まで飽きずに食べることができました！
なかなか仙台に行く機会は無いですが、夜は天ぷら居酒屋のようなので、
次回はぜひ天ぷらとお酒を楽しみたいと思います！
