Since I was near Tohoku University Hospital, I was curious about Genji. At noon, we were told that we could have a soba lunch, so we visited for soba. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu. It was cold, so curry soba was very appealing. However, since I have my favorite hiyashi meat soba, I end up ordering it. Since it's a great opportunity, I added an additional ¥140. Served in less than 10 minutes. The soup is clear and beautiful, with plenty of fat. It looks quite nice. Chicken and green onions are also beautifully arranged. Let's start with the soup. The taste is as clear as it looks. The saltiness isn't bad either. Most of the meat soba served in Yamagata has a strong salty taste, so this is what I like. Although it could be a little more modest. And I think it could be a little sweeter. The soba noodles are thin and chewy. It seems like it's well moistened with water, and the soup isn't lukewarm. I like this soba. After all, chilled meat soba is delicious. I would have loved it if I liked soup more. Inari is quite normal.
