During lunch on a weekday, I headed to a restaurant famous for its large servings. . . Temporarily closed. I had no choice but to turn back and found this shop. There was a menu at the entrance, and the words ``Cold Meat Soba'' written in large letters made me want to try it. I entered the store immediately, looked at the menu, and ordered cold meat soba. Since I visited quite late, there was only a 10% seating rate inside the restaurant. I wish I had a seat at a table. . . "Are you alone? Please take a seat at the counter." . . When you enter a village, obey the village. After about 8 minutes of waiting, cold meat soba is served. First of all, when I get the soup, it doesn't have any sweetness. It's not at the salty level, but since there's no sweetness, the saltiness is emphasized. Hmm, the soba noodles are thinly sliced, but they are chewy and satisfying. The parent chicken is thinly cut and has plenty of texture. It tastes good because there are a lot of green onions as a seasoning. However, since there is no sweetness, I got tired of the monotonous taste. The amount of soba is quite large, so I don't think a large serving is necessary. I'm about 9 minutes hungry now, so that's OK.
