[Established 30 years ago] The taste of beef tongue from a long-established restaurant! The carefully-selected thick-sliced beef tongue and the original tongue tataki are exquisite!
We have been committed to the traditional techniques and secret recipes since our founding. Our beef tongue is cut in a unique way to prevent the tendons from hardening, seasoned with our original sal |
If you're in the area and want to eat tongue, this is the place to go. The menu focuses on grilled tongue, with a variety of side dishes to choose from. The grilled tongue is perfectly thick and has an excellent texture; it's thicker than other restaurants, but it's cooked just right, so it's delicious. Once you've eaten the tongue here, you won't want to go anywhere else. The seared tongue is rare and pairs well with the onions, making it a must-have dish. The tongue curry is an excellent addition to a set meal; the rich curry sauce and softly stewed tongue are irresistible. I also thought the chili miso and grated yam were must-have dishes. There was a line of about 20 people when the restaurant opened, but I was lucky to get in on the first round.
