自宅にキッチンカーが来て、自分たちのためだけに料理してくれる。
家のキッチンは使わないどころか部屋にも入らず、出来立てのフレンチコースが味わえる。

来月お祝い事があり、こちらをお願いする予定なのですが、リハーサルも兼ねて、と言う名目で笑 まずは家族3人でお試ししてみました。
かわいらしくプリントされたどでかいキャンプカーのようなキッチンカーが家の駐車場に現れました。凄い迫力。
食器はどれがよろしいですか？

そこから何やら車の中で調理している様子が見えます。
小学生用プレートは、名物のつや姫オムライスに肉厚でジューシーなハンバーグやおいしい熱いハムカツ、これが軽い揚げ具合、サクサクで最高です。
中学生用プレートはおかずが、焼いて塩で味付けした豚肉と、キノコガーリック風味のソースをつけて頂くローストビーフ！柔らかくて最高においしいです。次回大人の分も追加注文することを即決定しました。
大人はコースで1.2品ずつ運ばれてきます。サーモンの前菜や舟形町のマッシュルームのポタージュ、カリカリに皮をローストした白身魚のポアレ、甘い風味のマスタードソースがとってもおいしい豚肉のローストなどなど。
生マッシュルームスライスがたっぷりのったボロネーゼは腰のあるうどん麺で、挽肉の味も良い！子どもたちの分もサービスしてくれました♪
デザートはいちご系、スポンジケーキに染み込んだストロベリーソースは香り豊か、でも甘くない。生クリームもほぼ甘くなかったし、クリームチーズのようなこれまた甘さ控えめのおいしいチーズと絡めていただきます。
パフェカップに入っているのですが安易にアイスクリームではないので、翌日にも冷やしておいていただきました。
すごい時代だなぁとしみじみ。

次回はワンランク上のコースをお願いしてあるのでとても楽しみです。
