タワービルの裏手を歩いてたら、見慣れない看板が目に入りました。「仙臺餃子 かんじ」というお店でした。
餃子のほかラーメンも提供しているようです。早速飛び込んでみました！12:00ちょっと前の訪問だったので、先客はありません。カウンターに座って私はオススメの「煮玉子塩中華そば」¥830を注文♪
私はBMはしたけど行ったことが無い、連坊にある「かんじ」の系列店。以前は夜のみの営業だったそうですが、ランチ営業も始めたそうです。
鶏ベースのスープですが、岩海苔が乗っているので磯の香りが強いです。風味もそこに引っ張られている感があります。刻み玉ねぎも多めで、これがコクのある潮スープを爽やかにしてくれています。そこの底にw眠っていたのが細いストレート麺。この麺が良かった！とんこつラーメンで言えば“バリ”の感覚で、スープも磯の香りもいい具合に吸収してくれました！
会社からも遠くはないので、これからちょくちょく利用したいと思います！
