居酒屋にしては美味しくて好きだった中華そばなのですが、豚骨ラーメンに変わり、足が遠のいていました。再び中華そばがメニューに加わっていたので、久しぶりに訪問

私は、入って左にあるレトロな食券機で、「中華そば」（６８０円）をポチッと
確かに少々、時間がかかっての提供。大きめのチャーシューとほざきメンマとネギ。でも、麺がキレイに整っていないのが気になる。こんなビジュアルだったかな
スープは黒みがかった濃いめのもの。これは記憶力通りだけど、少し歯にザラザラ感が残る感じがします。味は濃くも、意外とアッサリしてたような気がするのに、何だか違うなぁ
めんは細めんストレート。大きめで、少しレアな感じのチャーシューは悪くない。ただ、全体の仕上がりは、以前から感じてたようなものではないような気がして
美化しているのかもしれませんが、今なら定食系の方が、自分には間違いないかもしれないなぁ、と思いました
