シンガポールのソウルフード、ペーパーチキンが大好きでしょっちゅう探し回ってますが、仙台に新しくオープンしたお店で発見！
現地ヒルマンのアジアそのもので鶏肉もジューシー。
手がベタベタになるからと使い捨てのビニール手袋をサービスしてくれるというなんとも親切なお店！！！
トムヤムもやしとガーリック枝豆はお家でもマネしたいメニューでビールが進みます。
タイ風ポテサラはパクチーが苦手でも食べられるぐらいほんのりパクチー風味でしたが、グリーンカレーはあまり感じられず、改良の余地ありかな？
まだオープンメニューのみだったのでアジア各国の廻られたシェフがこれからどんなアジア飯を増やしていくのか楽しみです。
試作メニューも出してくれました。
カウンターのみのこじんまりとしたお店で隣に座ったおじ様とも仲良くなれるアットフォームなお店でした。
