[20 minutes by car from Sendai Station] A local butcher in Nankoudai has opened Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant!
All of the meat selected by the owner, who has been a butcher for his entire life, is delicious! As it is directly managed by a butcher, you can eat delicious meat at a low price. Meat is purchased in |
I went for dinner. This is an all-you-can-eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant run by a butcher that was featured on a local TV program. It's a place that's hard to get to without a car. There are only a few seats, so I made a reservation by phone in advance. I went in around 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but there were only two groups of customers. It's an unusual system where the time changes depending on the number of people. I guess that's because there is only one roaster. The style is that you bring your own food from the refrigerated case and grill it. As it is run by a butcher, there is a wide variety of organ meats, and they change them daily depending on the day's stock. They don't have the thick Steak meat you'd find in a big restaurant, but none of the meat shrinks strangely when grilled, or is cut into thin pieces. It's not frozen, so all the meat is delicious. Above all, the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Cow tongue is served in thick slices. It's great. The yakiniku sauce is commercially available, but the meat is delicious so it's not a problem. The all-you-can-eat meal also comes with rice, which will be brought to you if you order it. The only disappointment is that they don't have any salads. I'm giving it 3 stars as a basic rating. The taste and price are overwhelmingly good value for money. If it was in my neighborhood, I'd be going there all the time. I'll definitely go again.
