豆狸 エスパル仙台店 は、仙台駅直結のショッピングモール「S-PAL仙台」にあるお店。「豆狸」と書いて「まめだ」と読むそうです。
豆狸はいなり寿司専門店で、全国チェーン展開しているお店です。
仙台のお店なのかと思ったら、じつは大阪にも店舗があったとは知りませんでした。というよりもどっちかというと大阪発のお店のようです。
夜中に仙台駅やエスパル仙台の中をウロウロさまよっていたらたまたま見つけたお店で、ちょうど閉店間際だったためか、商品も割引されたものが多かったです。
そのなかで、翌日の朝食用に「たこチビいなり」（486円）を購入してみました。
たこチビいなりは、ころころと丸いいなり寿司の中にタコの切り身が入ったもので、後々になって考えると、たしかに大阪名物のたこ焼きを彷彿とさせるいなり寿司です。
青のりについてはあらかじめ振り掛かっていたものの、マヨネーズは別添。
ジューシーなお揚げにふっくらご飯、その中にコリコリとしたタコの食感がよくベストマッチングです。
一口サイズなのでパクパクいけます。
駅直結の店舗なので、新幹線の中で駅弁感覚で食べるのもありです。
