”扶餘”さんは、仙台市内あちこちにありますが、ここロフト店は初めての訪問です。他の店舗に比べると、お昼時でも余裕があったように思いました
入り口の自動販売機で食券を購入するスタイル。何にしようか悩みますが、お得になっていた「プルコギ ビビンバ定食」（１００円引きの８８０円）にしました
カウンターに座り、暫し待ちます
銀色のボールにはいったビビンバ。大根キムチのカクテキ、サラダ、キャベツやタマネギの入ったスープ。そして、赤い調味料 コチュジャンの入った容器があります
甘く味付けされたプルコギ、細切りのキュウリ、薄くスライスした大根、ぜんまい、ほうれん草などの上に胡麻がパラパラ。これを、スプーンでしっかり掻き混ぜます。まぜまぜ！
石焼で、熱々になっていないのは残念ですが、具は多めで食べごたえはあります。そのままだとパンチにかけるところがあるので、コチュジャンを適度に混ぜながらいただきます。少し多めに混ぜたり、混ぜずに食べたり変化を付けながら食べるのが良いですね
そんなに濃い目でもないプルコギの旨みも良いし、ぜんまいのしんなりした食感と味も好きです。時々、カクテキも間に挟むと、メリハリがつきます
ここのスープは旨みもしっかり。もうちょっと量が多めだと嬉しいくらいでした（笑）
