Before returning from a business trip to Sendai, I suddenly decided that I really wanted to try Cow tongue. I didn't have time to research everything, so I had my first weekday lunch at Tanya Zenjiro, a restaurant I've eaten at several times before. I'm sure there are many restaurants that serve delicious Cow tongue, but for me personally, not only the tenderness and doneness of the grilling, but also the amount of salt here is truly exquisite. The tail soup with lots of green onions was delicious as always✨ While savoring the meal with deep emotion, ``Ah, I've come to Sendai,'' I also had a refill of the barley meal (one serving was free) and finished the meal full and satisfied. When I checked out, there was a chilled case for souvenirs next to the cash register, so I bought some souvenirs for my son and the parents who lent me their car with winter tires...In the end, I spent about 8,000 yen in total. However, I thought it would be nice to visit once in a while, and I would like to come back when I come to Sendai again. Thank you for the meal!
