食べログで見つけて訪問。
PARCOの１Fにあるお店。
店のつくりはオープンな居酒屋ですが、鰻もちゃんと出すということで行ってみます。
ランチのうな重は
松（2380）、竹（1580）、梅（950）がある模様。
このお値段はかなり安いですね。
今回は、竹（1580）を注文。
注文してから15分弱くらいで出てきたお重の大きさは標準か少し大きめ。
蓋は最初からあいてますが、ドーンと幅広なうなぎが一切れのってます。
早速ほうばると、熱い。とても熱い。
こんなに熱せられた鰻は久々に出会いました。
そして甘い。タレが大量にかかりまくっていて濃い。
鰻の厚みはそれなりにあり、厚すぎではない。
よくあるスーパーの安売り中国産鰻みないな、
分厚すぎてゴムみたいという感覚はない。
柔らかくて食べやすいです。
それはそうと、いかんせんタレの味が濃すぎて、
本来のうなぎの味はあまり感じられないかも。
タレで食べてる感じですね。
といいつつも、この価格は1580円は安い、安すぎますね。
名代宇奈なみのお値段。すばらしいです。
お漬物とスープがもついています。
余談ですが、スープも熱かったです。
寒い東北地方では料理は熱々が普通なのでしょうか？
高級ではなくともこういう鰻もありです。
この安さでこれからもがんばってほしいですね。
