よくランチに行くお店のそばにある和食屋さんでとても気になっていました。
見るとタイミング悪くランチはやっておらずで、中々縁がなかったのですが、ある日ランチメニューが出ていたので突撃してみました。
中はオシャレな和食屋さんです。置いてある小物やインテリアなどの気配りが素敵です。
「日替わり御前」二種が1000円で、あと1450円と1680円の二種です。
お魚が食べたかったので、「胡麻アジ御前」（1450円）をお願いしました。
お盆に乗った、素敵な配膳です。
しっかりした厚めの鯵が数枚、大量の胡麻だれに浸かっています。そこには薬味（お葱、生姜、大葉）とわかめと生卵。あとは小鉢二種とお漬物、お汁です。
胡麻だれが美味しい･･･！すっきりしてるのに、濃厚。途中で卵を溶いてみると、まろやかに。薬味を混ぜて味変も楽しめます。
鯵も美味しい！
美味しいお料理で嬉しかったです。
