魚好きの方を伴ってのランチ。前回店名を「髭」ヒゲだと思っていた小生ですが、博識のおツレ様は、初訪にも拘らず「匙」サジと読めました。流石（笑）
今回は日替りのさんま焼き御膳を頂きました。ここ数年不漁が続いている秋刀魚、若干細身ですが、味は抜群。好物のワタ（内臓）の苦味も新鮮で愉しめました。
単品でオーダーしたイクラ醤油漬けと合わせて頂くと、旨さもひとしおでした。
