お肉が食べたい…
定期的に来るお肉への欲求が高まったのでお店を物色です。
焼肉…牛タン………いや、焼肉！
という事でランチ営業をしている焼肉屋さんの中から三水苑広瀬通り店さんへやって来ました。
三水苑さんは仙台駅の東口や国分町にも店舗がありランチ営業はお店によって変わります。
全体的に大きめなお肉を出してくれて肉質の割にお値段が手頃だった記憶があります。
特にランチメニューはコスパ最高です♫
12時少し前あたり、大きく「三」の文字が入っている暖簾をくぐり店内へ入ると…1番乗りかな？先客はいなさそう。
広くはありませんが白と黒を基調としたシンプルでとても綺麗な店内。
入って右手の半個室っぽい席に案内されメニューを眺めます。
タッチパネルがありますがランチメニューは口頭での注文になるそうで、本日の日替わり焼肉ランチの内容を尋ねると「牛カルビ、ハラミ、豚カルビ」だという事だったので日替わり焼肉ランチ(1,500円)を注文。
待っている間メニューを見ていましたが、ランチメニューはセットになっているものしかなくお肉を追加したい場合はグランドメニューからの注文になるようです。
しかしそちらのお肉は結構良いお値段…お肉1人前でランチセットもう一つ頼めるお値段です笑
足りなかったら400円で追加できるハーフ冷麺にしたほうが良さそう。
なんて考えてると日替わり焼肉ランチの到着⤴︎
涎が出てきたので早速いただきます♫
説明の通り牛カルビ、ハラミ、豚カルビが各2枚ずつとピーマン、エリンギにキムチ、ナムル、ご飯(大盛り無料)にスープがセット内容。
タレは醤油味とレモン汁？と辛味噌が卓上にあります。
最初は豚カルビ、脂が甘くて柔らかい⤴︎
続いてハラミ、良い意味で嚙み応えがあり旨味が中からジュワッと出てきます⤴︎⤴︎辛味噌でパンチUP♫
最後に牛カルビ、焼く前から柔らかそうに見えますが焼いてみても本当に柔らかい⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎
豚カルビとはまた違った脂の旨味を感じられ、尚且つ重くないのでいくらでも食べられます。
ご飯を大盛りにするとお肉の量とアンバランスになりますが心配を余所にご飯が進みまくりピッタリ一緒に完食です笑
キムチは爽やかな辛味で食べやすく、ナムルはそぼろのようなお肉が入ってない方が好みかな。
スープはワカメ入りで口内サッパリさせてくれます。
いや〜、満足♫
いつか夜にたらふくお肉を食べてみたい。
