店の前を通りかかるとおばちゃんから、今朝２時に水揚げされた新鮮な牡蠣だよと声がかかり、思わずちょうだいと言ってしまいました。
店の横にテーブルがあり剥いてくれた牡蠣をいただきます。
ポン酢をほんの少し垂らし、箸で摘んで口に入れますが一口では無理ですね。
とってもクリーミーで、食べ終わった殻の中には牡蠣汁がたっぷりなので飲み干してしまいました。
ちょっとしょっぱいかな（笑）
