仙台朝市のしょう家で軽い朝ごはんを食べたあとにすぐ隣りにあるこがね海産物で生牡蠣と珍しい穴子の刺身を頂きました。
牡蠣は3年ものでかなり大きくて450円（税抜）
穴子の刺身は700円（税抜）です。
軽くポン酢をかけて頂きます。
牡蠣は大きさと相まってすっきりした味わいでスルッと食べられます。
これは美味しかったけど次に食べた穴子の刺身はコリコリとした食感で癖も臭みも全く無くふぐ刺しに近い上品な味わい。
初めて食べましたがかなり美味しい。
ハマりそうですw
これ東京で食べられるところあるかな？
探してみます。。。
