仙台旅行！！
新幹線で仙台駅に降り立って、すぐに仙台朝市に向かう。
仙台朝市は空襲で焼け野原になった場所で青空市場が開けれたことから始まっている。
「仙台朝市商店街」で仙台駅西口5分にあって、「仙台中央卸売市場」とは全く別の場所。
東京の築地場外市場のような様相。
さて、朝市を散歩していると、海鮮を店先で食べられるお店が何軒かある。
その中でカウンターが奥まったところで食べられる「こがね海産物」に立ち寄る。
牡蠣やエビが新鮮でおいしそう。
よく見ると、カワハギ肝付きも調理済みで売られている。
店の女将さんがウマヅラカワハギじゃないよ～と教えてくれる。
生牡蠣とカワハギを購入してカウンターで頂く。
生牡蠣はポン酢を少し垂らす。
牡蠣は新鮮で海の味がする。
身は少ししょっぱめだが、大振りでぷりっとしている。
カワハギは肝ポンで身をぐるりと絡めて頂く。
身はキリっとしまって、肝が濃厚でまろやかで後味がつづく。
日本酒を飲みたい。笑
ごちそうさまでした。
仙台朝市で海の幸を堪能！
