仙台の老舗イタリアンのキャンティヴォーノの入ってるビルの地下。看板が地味で全然気付かなかったや。
メニュー豊富ですごく悩んだ結果、気まぐれパスタにしてみた。
出てきたのは、野菜たっぷりのオイル系。
野菜がね、グリルされているようで、ブロッコリーが外のちょい焦げが香ばしくて、食べてみると甘さが凝縮されてて、とても美味しかった。トマトの酸味と、干しあみえびの香りも良い。
動物成分はサルシッチャで、切断面がザクザクで、包丁じゃなくて手でちぎったみたいな感じ。これも美味しいのだけど、全体的に私には塩味が強すぎかな。量が多いこともあって、後半にしょっぱさに疲れてきてしまう。2/3くらいの量だったら、最後まで美味しく食べられたかも。もしくは、お酒のお供だったらちょうど良い塩味かも。
美味しいし手がかかってるのも分かるけども、単品で1320円だとちと競争力は弱いわな。この価格帯だとセットメニューで出す店が多いからね。
