This is a store I've been interested in for a while. When I entered, I noticed a high chair near the counter. There are several sofas and tables with chairs lined up inside. The two screens facing each other seem to be playing movies, but I can't see them clearly from my seat, so it feels like an interior. A stylish interior with an open kitchen and a woody, casual atmosphere. The interior is filled with mostly female customers, and the only sounds are the sounds of chatter. Everyone seemed to be eating heartily, refilling the salad All-you-can-eat buffet and eating dessert. The pasta that the chef makes is what he feels like, and when I asked about the pasta today, I was told that it doesn't change daily, but seems to be based on the whims of the moment, and it's different from what I've ordered from others. I can't choose wine. I was told what kind of sauce the sauce would be, and since it was tomato-based, I chose red wine. Feather in Cap I haven't drunk much Australian wine, but I chose my favorite Merlot, but it seemed to have a gentler flavor than I expected. The pasta was delicious with a mild tomato sauce, but just as I wanted the wine to be a little more bitter, I felt like I wanted the pasta to be a little spicier. The plate was quite cold, so I couldn't really feel the freshness of the pasta, and as I ate it, the taste became more and more vague. There were three types of dressing for the salad All-you-can-eat buffet: balsamic, Japanese style, and carrot. I chose carrots, but even though I stirred the carrots to see if they had settled, I couldn't get a feel of them being carrots. There are many kinds of salads such as chicken ham, boiled eggs, carrots, tomatoes, onions, turnips, lotus roots, corn, olives, and paprika. The puffed sweet potatoes were so sweet that I had to replace them. The pasta alone is 1,500 yen + tax, so if you add wine, dessert, coffee, etc., it will probably be quite expensive. However, I am also fascinated by the hamburger Hamburg with gorgonzola sauce.
