年末から美味しい焼肉食べたいと思っており、折角なら未訪問のお店として色々物色していたら、最近駅前に焼肉いとうさんが新店舗出したのをみて、それも一人焼肉専用スペースあるという事で土曜日の夜訪問してきました。
一人用という事でスペースは狭いですが苦になる程じゃなく囲いもあって、ラーメン一蘭のようなスタイルです。
注文は最近主流のタッチパネル式で特別メニューだけ店員さんへ発注という感じで非常に効率的です。
初訪問のためおすすめ3種を2種注文して、食べる時飲まない私はホットウーロン茶。あと米を発注で待つ事5分弱。
米登場して、程なくお肉登場です。早速タンから焼いてハラミ、レバー、ハツと焼いていきます。
中火でも結構火力あるのでよそ見するとマジで焦げます。
タレは2種と塩胡椒がありましたが今回はタレにて食べたんですが、このタレが本当に美味しく肉にマッチしました。
肉は全て美味しいのですが、私の心を完全に掴んだのはお米。少し固めに炊いてあるのですが、シマチョウ焼いて米にバウンドさせていただくともう至福の時間が、、、米 追加してしまいました。
なかなか一人焼肉はハードル高いですが、専用スペースのあるお店は本当にありがたいです。
チェーン店の一人焼肉も安くて良いですが上質なお肉堪能したい人、あと女性にはおすすめと思います。
自分的にはリピート確定のお店になりました。
