ボロネーゼのみ。
夜は焼肉屋さんというビルの5階でランチタイム限定のお店。
ミートソースとは違うというこだわりの説明を読みながら待つこと数分、写真でみた雪山のようなチーズをのせた麺がやってきました。
インパクトありますねー。
食の楽しみは味だけではないと再認識。見た目も大事。
たくさんのっていたフワフワなチーズはパスタを混ぜている間に消えている。
しかし香りはある。
ソースもトマトの酸味ではなくビーフシチュー、牛すじワイン煮込みのような肉がしっかり感じられる美味しいものでした。
肉が歯に挟まるのはご愛嬌。
