県庁の裏に去年4月にオープンしたお店だそうです。居酒屋ですが、昼はうどんランチを提供してます。最初にレジで注文&会計をして待つシステムです。セルフサービスですが、座って食べられます。

私は「わかめうどん」¥650に「半熟味玉天」¥120にしました。レシートに印字された番号で呼ばれます。受取りのカウンターではトッピングが出来ます。ネギ、揚げ玉、しょうがです。半分は“わかめ”で埋まっていたので残りの半分を埋めました。
