凄く美味しかったんですよ。
多分、今まで食べたうどんの中でも
三本の指に入るくらい美味しかったんです。
でも待ち時間があまりに長くて
また行くかと言われれば
行かないかも(^_^;)
ロケーションは最高です。
広瀬川沿いで
まぁ待ち時間も川の流れを眺めていれば
気になりません、、、
と言いたいところですが
そんな事はありません。
だって入店から提供まで２時間半ですよ。
スタッフの接客もダメですね。
客に対する気遣いは無いです。
いっぱいいっぱいな感じ。
明らかに人手不足。
で、それくらい待って食べる価値があるかと言えば
「あるかも！」
なんですよ。
美味しんですよ。
コシがあって、噛めば甘みを感じるシコシコ麺。
汁も雑味が無く丁寧に出汁をとってる感じです。
うどん好きでお時間のある方は
ぜひ行ってみて下さい。
平日なら待たずに食べられるかも。
