11/29（いいにく の日）にオープンした焼肉やさん。
早速おじゃまして来ました。
藤崎の一番町アーケード挟んで向かい お寿司のたちばなさんのビル4階。
エレベーターを降りてからお店に入っても、開店祝いのお花たちがすごい。咲き乱れておりました。
全席、引き戸がきちんと閉まる個室です。
私たちはテーブルの個室へ。掘りごたつ席もありました。
お昼は1,600円程〜しっかり昼会席まで色々あります。
2人で伺い、お相手は松阪牛のカルビ丼 1,680円。
ビビンパのように野菜も乗ってさっぱりしています。
あとはわかめと玉ねぎのスープ（おいしい…）とキムチ、豆もやしナムルの小鉢。
私は、仙台牛と松阪牛の食べ比べランチ 1,980円。
カルビが2枚ずつと野菜焼き、ごはん、スープ、キムチと小鉢です。
どちらもおいしかったです。仙台牛の方が少し厚めかな？
それと、通常のメニューから松阪牛と仙台牛のロース食べ比べ（塩かたれを選べて、塩）を追加してシェアしました。塩だとお肉の味が際立ちます。
柔らかく、特に仙台牛はほろっとかみ切れるくらいでした。
器もとても素敵です。
宮城の窯と、青森県五所川原の金山焼で作ってもらった器だそうです。
銘々のお皿には塩竈のフラワーソルト、これが美しい！
しょうゆだれもおいしかったです。
国分町の鉄板 松坂屋さんの系列だそうで納得のお味です。ボリューム、はないです。量より質 のお店ですね。
お部屋もゆったりしているしシックな内装も高級感がありました。
落ち着いた雰囲気も丁寧な接客も申し分なく。接待や特別な日にもいいと思います。
お昼からおいしい松阪牛を頂ける幸せを感じて来ました。
また伺いたいです。ごちそうさまでした。
