Today, I visited Yokinikuyasan on the 4th floor of Ichibancho Tachibana Building in Aoba Ward. It seems that they opened in the last six months or so, and they seem to buy whole Matsusaka beef, so you can also try it and compare it with Sendai beef. The order started with beer, kimchi, choregi salad, namul, sea urchin yukhoe, beef sashimi, and senmai sashimi. Kimchi, namul, and salad are served separately for each person, which is a nice service. The grilled dishes include Sendai beef and Matsusaka beef rib loin, mino, kopchan, heart, tongue salt, and green onion tongue. Meals include rice, short rib soup, tail soup, etc. I had some doubts about the price range, but it was delicious. I was impressed by the courteous service. I will go again.
