今日は運が良かったです。
12時過ぎに待ちなしで入れました！
新しく清潔感のあるカウンターのお店です。
忙しそうな店員さんですが、とても丁寧に迎えてくれました。
岩中（いわちゅう）豚、もち豚、32℃、白金豚など豚の種類からトンカツが選べます。ロースが多いですね。
ヒレを食べたかったのでもち豚にしました。
後で調べると宮城や岩手等で、飼育や飼料、流通に徹底的にこだわったブランド豚ばかりです！
通って味の違いを味わってみたいです。
わさびと塩で食べると、肉の甘味が引き立ちますね。呑んでいたらずっとこの組み合わせで行きたいです。
カラシとソースも鉄板の組合せ。ご飯がパクパク進みます。ロース肉だったら間違いなくご飯お代わりしてますね。
食べ終わった後のお腹の軽さったら。食べる前より軽いと言っても嘘ではない気がします。
丁寧で気持ちの良い接客で送り出してもらいました。
おかげさまで、新年の晴れやかな天気と共に清々しい気持ちになれました。
