北四番丁駅近く備長端炭火焼鳥と鶏ごはん
2度目の来店です。
今回はおまかせコース9品＋飲み放題(¥5,000)
安定の旨さと品数です。
・生野菜盛り合わせと自家製肉味噌
→自家製味噌が野菜をパクパクさせてくれる。
ただ、お腹が膨れるので注意。
・極とろレバー
→超レア
・ポテトサラダ
→濃厚
・四川風よだれ鶏
→そんなに辛く無い
・唐揚げ
→プリップリ竜田揚げ
・焼鳥4種
・鶏そぼろごはん
→卵つき。お腹いっぱいなのでおにぎりに。
・赤だしお味噌汁
料理のスピードが速いのもいいですね。
(冷めちゃうけど)
あまり食べれない人は、単品のが良いかも？

北四番丁駅から徒歩５分、路面店にあります。
以前は「炙屋十兵衛」だった店舗で、
GW予約で訪問。既に満席で、GWに伴い食材が限られているといわれましたが
予約していたので大丈夫でした。
カウンター、テーブル、掘りごたつの個室、お座敷、２階席ありで２階を用意してもらいました。
備長炭で焼く伊達鶏の焼鳥とさまざまな鶏料理が自慢のお店で、系列店が新宿に8店舗、仙台に1店舗あります。
お店の雰囲気は京和風。広々としています。
お手軽おまかでコース(飲み放題）を（￥4,000）をいただきました。
全体的に量もちょうどよく、最初のお突き出しが
一口サイズでたのしめるタイプなのが個人的に好きなのでよかった。
お手頃コースなので焼き鳥は３種のみでした。
なので、焼き鳥をさらに堪能したいかたは、さらにグレードをあげるか単品が良いかも。
最後土鍋ご飯は食べきれなかったので、おにぎりにして持ち帰りました。
混んでいるとはいえお料理はどれも申し分なく美味しかったですし、地酒「砂潟」なんかもいただきました。
ごちそうさまでした。

Unfortunately, the fried chicken was gone. Because I had ordered verbally, the drinks were not served or the drinks were Onigiri slowly. My regret was that there was no consideration given to my request, but I would definitely go again.
