スンドゥブを食べる気満々で、伺いました。雨足が強めのお昼だったせいか、訪問した時には、お客さんがいない状態。食べている間も貸切で、帰る時に入れ違いて入ってきました
さて、席に座りメニューを眺めます。まぁ、「元祖！スンドゥブチゲ定食」（９９０円）にしようかなと思うも、意外とメニューの数が多く、悩みます
チゲフェアもやってます。が、ここは、美味しいとこどりの、「スンドゥブと石焼ビビンバのハーフ&ハーフ」ですね。石焼ビビンバ一種類と、チゲかククスから一種類を選ぶシステムで９９０円です
そんなに待つことなく、提供。熱々の石焼ビビンバと、グツグツ煮立っているスンドゥブ、そしてサラダ
石焼ビビンバは、モヤシ、海苔、ニンジン、ほうれん草、ひき肉なんかが載ってます。これを、スプーンでかき混ぜます。器が熱々で、焦げ目も出来やすい。ハーフサイズですが、なかなか良いです
そしてスンドゥブ。具が隠れていて見えませんが、豚肉、もち、豆腐、溶き卵、浅利、にら、白菜あたりだったかな
何より、あさり出汁が効いていて、旨味のあるスープ。辛味もあるので、食べていると、汗がじんわり吹き出してきます。スンドゥブ選んで、正解。美味しいです
食後には、サービスです、とアイスコーヒー。もう冷たいドリンクの季節ではないんですが、しっかり食べた後の発汗具合は、アイスでオッケーでした
