Lunch on the 1st floor of Yodobashi, which opened today as well! Honestly, I haven't been able to hit the mark on the deliciousness, cost performance, and quantity of lunch here at Yodobashi yet (;^ ^) Well, this time, I'm going to attack the restaurant that is making its first foray into Tohoku! Actually, the day before, I got lost and decided to go to Tantanmen, but when I tried to go in, I found out that Tantanmen was already closed, so I couldn't go, so my expectations were high! As Teppu-san said, it's a shop that looks exactly like something out of Spirited Away! It's so delicious, what if it turns into a pig? (There is a theory that it has already turned into one.) So, I took the opportunity to order a set of tantanmen and rouleau rice, and a Taiwanese cutlet as a single item, but the taste of tantanmen is unique! It's probably because the aroma of five-spice powder is so unique that it doesn't go well with my tongue.The rouleau rice is also a sweet Chinese-flavored braised dish! I guess it's better than what I ate yesterday. The finishing touch was the Taiwanese cutlet, which was thinly fried pork cutlet and the thickness of the meat reminded me of a big cutlet from a candy store lol.The thin meat, batter and oil were so sticky that I couldn't enjoy it (-_-;) Once again. This Yodobashi Desert is a place where you can't find anything special.
