初めての訪問。
お通しおでんが食べ放題のお店
ビルの2階にお店がある。エレベーターにのって行くのだがエレベーターの扉が開いてすぐお店となっており、店員さんに予約した氏名を伝えるとすぐに席に案内してくださる。
16時に訪問したが、次々お客さんがいらしている。みるみるうちに店内が賑やかになっている。
今話題のお店。
店内に入るとおでん出汁のいい香りが漂っている。あぁ、美味しそう
楽しみに席に着く。
席に着くと店員さんから
・お通しおでんが食べ放題となっており、はじめに大皿でお通しおでんを届けてくださる。
・おでんのお変の際には大皿をおでんコーナーまで持っていき、希望の具材を伝えると食べることが出来る。
・1フード1ドリンク制となっている。
・注文はQRコードをスマホで読み取って注文すること
など丁寧に説明くださった。
説明を聞いたあとすぐにお通しおでんを持ってきてくださる。
おでんの基本の具材は

私が食べて感動したのは
味がよくしみてジューシーだった大根✨
大根は大きくボリューム満点
しっかり中まで出汁がしみて美味
意外な組み合わせだったのが焼売✨
お肉の旨みとおでん出汁があんなに合うと思わなかった
そのほかの具材もしっかり味が染みており、お出しの美味しさを感じられた
