店内の炉端で焼き上げる、こちらの銀鮭。
非常に脂身が豊富で、濃厚な旨味と甘さを堪能できる。
その上からは、大根おろしと、こぼれるほどのたっぷりのいくらがかかっており、塩味が鮭の脂身の甘さを引き立て、大根おろしのおかげで後味はさっぱりと頂ける。

こちらの目玉とも言えるこちらは、お通しのおでんが食べ放題でいただける。

「レア焼き 長いも磯辺焼き(528円)」
炉端焼きの野菜メニューから、こちらの長いもの磯辺焼きをチョイス。
レア目に焼き上げられた長いもは、程よく固く、程よくねっとりとしており、自然な甘さもかんじられる。
【4〜5枚目】
「半玉のせ コロポテサラダ(528円)」
「アボカド刺し(638円)」
前菜でも特に人気が高いというポテトサラダは、上に黄身がとろーりと溢れ出るほどの半熟卵を乗せた一品。
ポテトサラダ自体はマヨネーズ強めで、コンビーフがたっぷり入ったもので、病みつきになる味わい。
アボカド刺しは、
シンプルにアボカドを醤油とわさびでいただく刺身風の一品。
提供も早く、シンプルですぐ食べられる、1品目にオススメのメニューであった。

宮城県仙台駅の中でも特に活気があふれるあおば通エリアに2023年11月30日にオープンしたばかりの新店舗「炉端とおでん 呼炉凪来 仙台店」さん。
こちらのお店は、ここ最近どんどん店舗を全国に展開している、今勢いに乗る居酒屋であり、都内には新宿や池袋、秋葉原、町田や調布にもあり、全国を見ても、帯広、小倉、博多天神、そして今回仙台駅前は出店された。
こちらのお店の売りはコスパ最強のお通し。
お通しであるおでんは、お通し代の500円だけで、なんと食べ放題である。
もちろん料理にもこだわっており、旬の食材を刺身や炉端焼きなど、様々な調理法でいただくことができる。
この日は休日18:00に予約をして訪問。
店内はかなり混雑しており、この辺りのお店の中でも人気は高い様子。
店内は広々としたテーブル席や、屋台のようなカウンター席、そして日本らしい掘りごたつと、様々な席があり、何度訪問しても楽しめそうであった。
仙台在住の方で、気軽に飲みに行けて、かつ料理も美味しいところをお探しなら、こちらのお店がオススメ。
