ご存じ｢牛角｣ アクロスプラザ 幸町店さんです
皆様ご存知の通り、
全国チェーン展開の大手焼肉チェーン店ですが・・・
こちらのお店は“接客”が素晴らしい、と
友人から聞いていた事もあったのと
夜長に食べる｢塩ホルモン｣が恋しくなっての訪問
出来た当時は常にお待ちがあったお店のように
記憶しておりましたが、この日（平日22時頃）の
来店時には数組のお客さんがいるばかり
お目当ての｢やみつきホルモン（豚）｣と、｢塩キャベツ｣
ただそれだけを黙々と食べる光景は
きっと店員さんも｢？｣と思った次第で
↓以下料理感想↓
①やはり炭火で食す肉厚の豚ホルモンは旨い
②豚塩ホルモン＋魔法のつけ塩＝(◎´Д｀◎)ﾊｧﾊｧ
③けどちょっとしょっぱい
④けどそれで飲み物すすむ
全体的には、おしぼりの交換や食後のお茶のサービス
最初にドリンクを聞いてくれるオペレーション
七輪を持ってくる時や下げる時の声掛け
食後のアンケートのお願い そつなく
あぁ徹底されてるなぁ という印象
ただちょっと機械的でしょうか
お料理の質・価格、バランスとしては
さすがは全国チェーン店という感じ
個人的には、やみつきホルモンがおすすめです
