仙台における焼肉界の古豪ともいうべき三水苑。
その力強い焼肉は私的には非常に大好き。美味しいです。
肉のカットが一つ一つ「昔ながら厚切り」で非常に食べ応えあり。通常このレベルで厚切りしてしまうと味がぼやける可能性が高いのですが、この三水苑はもみダレとつけダレの味が秀逸で、この懸念点を払しょくしています。
最高に美味しかったのは仙台牛特上ハラミ
このハラミは非常に良いですね。前述した厚切りとタレのマッチ、そこにハラミ自体の肉汁+脂…最高の一品でした。
とにかく仙台牛推しなメニュー構成でしたので、
一枚ごとに頼める仙台牛カルビと仙台牛5秒炙りロースもオーダー。
どちらも嫌な脂ではない美味しい牛で、ご飯との相性が抜群です。とにかくご飯と一緒に楽しむと至高体験ができるお店だと思います。
