とまったホテルのそばにあったお店なので飛び込みでお邪魔しました。
お店はなんというか、バラック調というか 結構こなれたムードです。
ラストオーダー直前だったのですが 次々とお客さんが来ます
結構な人気店だということが分かりました。
女将さんと女性との2人でお店をしています。
ホルモンが意外に美味しく いまさら仙台で牛タンをいただくより美味しいと
思いました。ただ ブタ舌塩を注文したら ちょっと塩コショウが効き過ぎの
ように思います。これではせっかくのお肉の味がわかりません。
チュウハイを注文したらビン入りの市販されているレモンハイが氷のグラスと
一緒に出てきました。これはこれでいいと思います。その分料理に注力して
くれるのであればビールはビンビール、チュウハイは市販のもので
なんら問題はないと思います。
出張のホテルで また出かけていくお店が一軒できました。
