東横イン仙台駅東口Ⅱそばにある焼肉店。
打ち合わせの後にお客様と偶然入ったお店。
仮設プレハブ的な建屋で吸い込みダクトのような設備は客席には一切無い。
川崎市の臨海部のコリアタウンにある美星屋を思い起こすたたずまいである。
落ち着いた母娘？二人で切り盛りしていた。決して特別な愛想があるわけではないのだが真面目そうで好感が持てた。
肝心のお肉はアイテムは少ないもののどれもボリュームがあり美味しかった。
中でも豚タン塩は絶品。
牛タンで溢れている仙台なのであえてそれを頼んだわけであるが、
厚切りの豚タンに切れ目をこまめに入れて塩コショウしている逸品である。
これは何度もおかわりしてしまうほどで、お客様も大喜びだった。
私は従来タン系をレモン汁で食べるのをあまり好まないが、
この店の焼肉タレは濃厚な一種類のそれだけでレモン汁は無かったが、
豚タンはこのタレでこそ美味しいという気がした。
スープは総じて薄味減塩で一緒の中高年には概ね好評。
小上がり三テーブルの4人×３ その他テーブル席が８席 合計２０席程度の小さなお店であるが、
ここは駅近の穴場に感じた。
聞くと17時～19時であれば予約を受け付けるとのこと。
基本的にひとり客でも早い者勝ちで四人テーブルにひとりで座れるようだ。
仙台を訪れた際は是非また訪れたいお店である。
