続：予約困難な人気店に！？週末はヤバイどすえ～♬の巻 : Sushino Yuusai

I made a reservation at noon and picked it up in the evening. If you don't make a reservation early, it's difficult to takeaway. ●Premium nigiri Sushi * 1800 yen excluding tax The premium nigiri Sushi on this day was medium fatty tuna, raw shrimp, scallop, salmon, surf clam, sea urchin, and yellowtail? And the rolls were tuna and kappa. I'm recording the images so I'm going to make a strict comparison, but this time the nigiri was a bit disappointing. First, the surf clam. Why was it so lame? I've never had anything like this before? Also, each of the ingredients was somehow... thin. "Huh? This wasn't the case before. Has it become a busy restaurant... crowded... or maybe they've run out of ingredients? Cost adjustments? " When you could eat in the restaurant for lunch in the past, I was impressed by the owner's polite work and considerate communication, but this time it's a bit disappointing. Rugby World Cup, Saturday before Japan's first match My friend Q-chan came to my house for the first time in a while. *Today's match against England was disappointing. Q-chan stayed over at my house for a drinking party♬ When I was younger, I would drink with him for about 9 hours (lol) It started at 7pm and ended at about 4am the next day in Kokubuncho. Generally, when you drink, you drink all the time, but you don't need food as time passes. Once you've filled your stomach with a decent amount at the beginning, you drink by inertia... Is it like drinking? ? "It would be better to have some Sushi as a light jab? We're not young anymore (bitter smile) Yuusha-san is perfect! Let's make a reservation~" I made a reservation in advance and ordered nigiri Sushi to takeaway. This nigiri... is beautiful. Tuna, squid, steamed shrimp, octopus, small fish, flying fish roe gunkan, Tama and roll. Steamed shrimp... is impressive, isn't it? But what kind of shrimp is this? (lol) The small fish and tuna are also of high quality. When I visited the restaurant, half the seats were already taken, so if you want to go for a drink (or a meal), you must make a reservation! Just like a certain popular restaurant in Renbo, there is a reason why this restaurant attracts so many people! I was satisfied this time as well. We had a happy family drinking party and got takeaway. In this day and age, it's difficult to order delivery and it's also difficult to visit a restaurant close to the restaurant. I made a phone reservation at Yuusai, which is close to the Aeon in Saiwai-cho. I knew it was a very busy restaurant, so I said, "I'll come to pick it up in the evening." Then, we took off. Then, many guests entered the restaurant! "Oh, it's full house. It must be hard for the staff. Are they happy or sad? (laughs)" I said. There were more than 20 people, more than 8 groups, right? It's still before 6pm! Now, this time's high-quality Sushi. Tuna, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, salmon, surf clam, etc. The rolls were tuna, kappa, and horse mackerel with shiso leaves. They were very busy, but they handled it well. Unfortunately, they didn't have conger eel this time. This conger eel was delicious. Good value for money, not too expensive, and good quality! Of course guests gather, right? I was convinced and satisfied. Personally, I think the rice is a little soft, so I would have preferred it if it was firm enough to let the rice grains stand up. さて、年末の自宅での宴で出前をお願い。
しかし出前範囲外なんで、セルフ出前です。
つまり器を上げ下げ・・・自分で動きます(笑)
やっぱりテイクアウト用のプラ容器では、お寿司が
可哀そうだし、見た目も・・・ねっ？
●上寿司　５人前　※２週間前に予約したのだ

当日の時間に伺うと、お店はパニック中。
出前＆テイクアウトだけの営業となっており、
店内飲食営業は停止されてましたよ。
どんだけ注文が入ったのか？恐ろしい人気(笑)

さて、握り。
中とろ、ほたて、サーモン、雲丹、子持ち昆布、
鯛、生えび、鉄火＆かっぱ巻きの内容。
サーモンやほたて、鯛のネタが厚くて大きい！
味もよろしいが、混雑で儲け時かもしれないのに
しっかりといいネタや味を落とさずに提供。
こういった大将の心意気というか、誠実さが
非常に好感度増すわ～(笑)
味と内容に価格以上の満足感が得られる。
そんな個人店。
次回もまたお世話になりますね～♬

宮城野区幸町で人気の新鋭鮨屋さん。
とってもお気に入りなんで、ランチ再訪～♬
※店の向いの５台ある駐車場に車がない！
　この時点でなんか嫌な予感・・・

店先に行くと開店しているが、貼り紙１枚。
「９/１よりお昼の営業はお持ち帰りのみと
させて頂きます」
なんとまぁ、日中は店で飲食不可。
おまけにランチの人気商品「三色丼」が680円
から800円に値上げ・・・ガクッ↘
今はどこでも値上げラッシュ・・仕方ないね・・
●三食丼（中落ち、ひらめ、海老）で注文。

若干酸味が弱いシャリに３種のネタ。
刻みしそ葉、とびっこ、かいわれがまぶされており
中落ちの量はそこそこいい。
やはり中落ちの質は、いいですね～
ひらめもいい甘みが伝わってくる。
蒸し海老は立派な大きさだわ。

でも、鮨ってのはやっぱプラ容器じゃ気分が
出ませんわね？(笑)
視覚、触覚、食環境含めて味って微妙に違う。
いい味のお店だから、そこが残念に思う。
夜のみだと、なかなか行けぬ場所。
再度、昼の店内飲食復活を切に願う。

ニトリじゃないですが、お値段以上のCPなお店。
庶民的なお値段で、質のいい職人の寿司が味わえる
から気に入っております。
この日は再度テイクアウトで、上握りをご指名！

中とろ、雲丹、鯛、サーモン、甘海老、帆立、
子持ち昆布の７貫に巻物の内容。
酢飯は、若干の甘みに酸味抑えた印象。
一つ一つのネタが非常によろしく、
「あ～　握り寿司食べてるうぅ！」といった感に
なり満足、納得できうると思うのだ。
この日の握り、帆立が分厚く甘みもあっていい！
中とろのクォリティも上々ですし、雲丹も本物♬
江戸前握り寿司の他にサイドメニューも豊富なお店
なんで、呑みゲストが多いのも理解できる。
軽く散歩で行ける場所なら、通っちゃうな～(笑)
お得なランチも結構ありますので、気軽に暖簾を
くぐれる・・・そんな点も魅力だと思うのね～

とろ、雲丹、いくら、鮑、穴子、ほっき、生えび、
ぶり（多分）の８貫に巻物１本！
とろは、もう大トロに近い部位。
脂のノリもよろしいし、甘みも感じバランスが
とれたいい味～♬
穴子は炭火焼かしら？
軽く炙って焦げ感もいいし、ツメの味も美味。
ふっくらとやわらかくて、かなりなレベル↗
ジェリーは穴子を絶賛♬
久々に食べた鮑も厚みがあり、コリコリとした
食感もたまらん！
「美味しいな～　ルンルン♬　笑みが出る(笑)」
と庶民は満足してしまったのだ。
この特上握り、税別2000円。
都心の有名店なら3000円はする価値。
やっぱりいいお店です。
次回もまたお願いする予定。

数名のマイF様方々より情報を頂いておりましたが、BMしてから8年の月日が
経っておりました（汗）
よく車では通過するのですがマンションの１階にあり、数店舗並んでいる環境
また、ちょっと歩道よりセットバックしている感も目立たないのかも？
※駐車場は敷地内１台（北側）道路西向かいに数台あります

日曜日のお昼メニューなどさっぱりわからず入店。
しかし「日曜オリジナル？ランチメニュー」があるのですね！　びっくり！
握り8貫ランチ（1000円）、握り特上8貫ランチ（1500円）をオーダー。※税込

カウンター席は6席ほどに、広い小上がり席にはテーブルが5卓（20名程度）
やっぱり家族連れや職場チーム、クラブ同士の呑み会などに適している感じです
が、大将の寿司職人としての姿勢は非常に前向きで好感がもてました。
※トムよりもお若い70年代生まれ位ですかね、大将＆女将さん。

ランチ特上8貫：先ず5貫が登場。とろ、ひらめ、雲丹いくら軍艦、とろ鰹、甘海老。
　　　　　　　　とろは適度な脂がのっており美味しい！とろ鰹もさっぱりとした
　　　　　　　　中に鰹特有の脂味がいいですね～
　　　　　　　　続いて3巻＋巻物。ほっき貝、ほたて、穴子、ねぎとろ、かっぱ巻。
　　　　　　　　この穴子は美味かったな～　ふんわりとやわらかいふっくら穴子。
　　　　　　　　穴子のつめも甘さほどほどでいい味です。

ランチ握り8貫：ひらめ、生えび、蒸しえび、漬けまぐろ、鯵。
　　　　　　　　続いてぶり、いか、ほっきのひも、鉄火＆かっぱ巻き。
　　　　　　　　
大将曰く「一気に握りを出してしまうと食べる時間差が出てしまうので、余裕のある
　　　　　限り前半、後半と２回に分けて提供させていただいている」とのこと。
また、握りの中に空気を意識しているそうで、お箸よりも手で食べて頂いた方が、より
その違いもわかりやすとお話しありました。

ちょっと遅い時間のお昼でしたので比較的ゆとりがあったせいか、とても贅沢な食事
タイム。凄い得した気分です♪　
女将さんの対応もよく、アットホーム的に楽しめるお寿司屋さんですね。

2500円からの宴会コース、1500円での呑み放題パックもあるようです。
ちょっと足を伸ばして夜の宴席もいいでしょうなぁ！
しかし1500円の特上握りランチ・・・お得です！　ごちそうさまでした～
