幸町にある人気のお寿司屋さん。他の人のレヴューを見て気になっていたのですが、駐車場がなぁ、近くのコンビニに停めるのも気がひけるしなぁ、と。でも、今回伺うにあたってお店のホームページを見てみたら、なんと道路を挟んだところに駐車場はある
空いているかと思いきや、店内にはお客さんがいっぱい。入れ替わりで、ちょっとだけ店先で待ちました
座敷で、メニューから、３食丼とにぎりを選択。３食丼は、書いてある中から三つ選ぶことができます。中落ちとサーモンはどちらかだけですが。まずは、中落ち確定。後は、カンパチとイワシにしました
待っていると、ます浅漬けが提供。それをポリポリ食べてるとメインが到着となります
３食丼は、一つ一つの刺身は薄いものとなりますが、しっかり３種類。イワシもアブラが乗ったものですし、中落ちもマグロ感あり。カンパチも厚みが寂しくはありますが、美味しい
ご飯の量は、大盛、小盛りなど選べるのですが、普通盛りにしました。パッと見は少ないかな、とも思いましたが、私には十分。たくさん食べたい人は、盛りを増やしても良いでしょう
お汁が、ツミレ汁だったのも嬉しかったです。ボール状ではなく、シート状のもとを包丁でカットしたようなキューブの形。その分、全体がふんわりした食感でした。当然、ツミレから出てきた旨みで、スープも美味しい
にぎりは、２皿に分けて定期。アイナメは塩で味付けされており、醤油につけずにいただきます。ふんわり握っているので、よろしければ手で食べてくださいと言われましたが、まさにフンワリ
シャリの仕上がりが上手で、ネタがいきます。マグロの赤身、イワシ、エビなども美味しい
もう一皿は、イカ、たまご、サーモンの他、巻物で鉄火巻き、きゅうり巻き。当然、ツミレ汁付きで満足感ありありです
