コロナ下でなければ、無理な芸当でしょうか。
お通しは煮込みをチョイスして、お店の方のオススメに従っての注文です。
牛タンは自主的な注文です。
この牛タン、厚めに切った三切れを半分に切っての提供ですね。
58℃で10時間の低温調理との事。
早速いただきマス。
適当に跳ね返りのある柔らかい食感とでも申しましょうか。

もともとレアなお肉が好きなので、コレは、どストライク！
オススメは、
刺身七点盛り。
自家製豆腐。
ジャンボ焼売。
どれも美味しいですが、難を言えばもう少しメニューのレパートリーがあっても良いような気がします。
しかし、決してお安くは無いので、定番メニューでチビチビやるのが良いのかも知れません。
