以前仙台に3年間ほど働いていたことがあります。昔の職場はどうなっているかなと思って見に行った後、お腹がすいたので、何か食べようと思い検索してみるとすぐ近くにラーメン屋さんがあるのを見つけました。当然私が働いたときにはなかったお店です。
店につくと、ミシュラン仙台に掲載されたことがあるということがわかりました。偶然検索して見つけたのですが、有名店なのですね。
まだ時間が早かったためか、他に1人お客さんがいる程度。食券販売機で塩ラーメン卵入りを購入し、カウンターの1番端の席に案内されました。
約10分ほどでラーメンの出来上がりです。ミシュランに掲載されると言う事は、普通のラーメンとは異なっていることが明らかなので楽しみです。
まず麺は中太とでちぢれており、よくあるタイプの麺とは違うものでした。スープと絡まって良い味わいです。
スープの上にネギがたっぷりと浮いているのもいい感じです。チャーシューは2種類、鶏肉と豚肉かな？どちらもかなり良いですが、豚肉の方が私は好みでした。
ということでたまたま入りましたが、良いお店に巡り会うことができました。
