前日、14:00から飲んだくれて、記憶が曖昧なまま酒友の家に泊まった日曜日。
連日、名取の極楽湯でサ活後の昼飯を検討。
なぜまだ飲むのか理解に苦しむアラフィフ2人が向かったのはこのお店。

僕はお好み焼きと焼きそば担当。
酒友がもんじゃ焼き担当。
パートナーの指導通り、
・タネをかき混ぜ過ぎない
・豚肉を先に炒める
・お好み焼きはヘラで押しつぶさない
を厳守。
ただし1人前の量が少なくてじゃんじゃん追加してしまいました。
酒友が上手にもんじゃ焼きを調理します。
とんぺい焼きと、この店オリジナルの『おこほん焼き』は、店側が焼いてくれます。
おこほん焼き仕上げのマヨネーズに驚愕。
空中舞うマヨネーズ‼️
ひととおり食べて飲んで、3,500円弱‼️
安くて美味しい
