I made a reservation and went there. When I made the reservation, I was told that they had private rooms, so I chose a private room. I had a hard time deciding on the menu. I ordered the Hidakami beef rib lunch (with salad, soup, and rice) for 1,430 yen. When I asked, I was told that the meat on the other lunch menus was not Hidakami beef. I added extra meat for an additional 220 yen. The total was 1,650 yen. First, the salad. And the sauce. The salad was delicious with a dressing that had a strong sesame oil flavor. The soup had a gentle flavor and was delicious with lots of wakame seaweed. There was rock salt, pepper, etc. on the table. They said that if you wanted lemon juice, wasabi, wine salt, etc., please let us know. I was given lemon juice and wasabi. The sauce that came with it was not too strong and did not interfere with the meat, so it was good. Pink rock salt is also delicious. Wasabi goes well with it. The meat was soft and delicious. My friend's beef three-kind lunch meat. This one also had extra meat. I also had some meat from my friend's three kinds of beef lunch, but the Hidaka beef is definitely tastier! I'm glad I chose this one. The amount of Hidaka beef was less. I was right to order extra meat. It goes well with rice, so I ate it all up.
