予想してより
美味しいですねー
とても優しく繊細な味でした(*´꒳`*)
欠点は営業時間が昼間3時間のみな事位
今年の春頃にできたラーメン屋、気になっていた店の一つです。
中野栄駅からちょっと行ったところにあります。住宅街の一画です
ので、初見で行くとわかりづらいかと思います。
平日のちょっと早い時間...
ラーメンは無化調系（もしくは無化調っぽい雑味少ないもの）が好きで、動物系の臭みがキツいスープや、舌にピリピリ残る調味料を使っているものは受け付けられないのですが、ここのは純粋に、心から美味しいと思える...
東京から出張で付近に来たので美味しいあっさりめのラーメンをランチに食べたいと思い、食べログでこちらを発見！

鶏白湯醤油とチャーシュー丼。美味かった。なんとも言えない感じだがうまい。
