休日の11時20分頃に訪問。
車でお店の視認が遅れ、一度、お店の前を素通り。
そして、戻ってきて駐車場を確認。
右往左往してしまった。
お店の向かい側にも駐車場があったのね。
通りの車の往来が少なくて良かったです。
お店の入口は、向かって右側の勝手口のような扉からになりますが、ここ？と思ってしまいます(笑)。
中に入れば、カウンターとテーブル席のある普通のラーメン屋さんです。
行列も無く、すんなりとカウンターに案内されました。
でも、ほぼ満席。タイミングが良かったかな。
「特製鶏白湯らーめん(塩)/1,200円」をオーダー。
周りの方々は、鶏白湯辛らーめんをオーダーされている方が多かったですね。
10分ほどでの着丼。
さっそくスープから。
鶏の美味しいコクと背脂の濃厚な旨味。
クリーミーでもあり、それでいてクドくはない。
なるほど美味しいスープです。
麺は全粒粉の細麺。
小麦の風味も感じられ、美味しい麺です。
チャーシューは鶏と豚。
二種類を楽しめるのもGood！
どちらも美味しい。
煮玉子はトロっと黄身の玉子。好きです。
他のラーメンも是非試したいお店です。
