仙台駅東口の「榴岡酒場 皿然（さらさ）」はどこか懐かしく温かい、そんな酒場です。 お酒がススム料理は絶品和食おつまみとこだわり銘柄鶏のうまい炭火焼き鳥、旬の食材を使った揚げたて天ぷら、仙台はもちろん全国各地の鮮魚と自慢のわら炙り刺しは毎日仕入れでかわる日替わりで、とっておきのオサケと馳走をご用意して、皆様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。 |
週末の18:30に席を確保し2人で利用させてもらいました。ほぼ満席、薄暗くて賑やかな店内、5人の店員さんの愛想もいいです。あらかじめ3600円のコースを頼んでありました。ドリンクは、あたごのまつ700円やハイボール500円を注文、リーズナブルな値段。料理はお造り（サーモンとカツオ）、仙台牛炙りの握り、胡椒の乗ったチーズ入り茶碗蒸し、アジフライとポテトサラダ、牛すじのシチュー、海老とコーンとホタテの天ぷら、だし巻き卵、冷たいそば。どれも本当に美味しかった。茶碗蒸しとポテトサラダは大好物です。アジフライも美味かったので、もっと食べたい。
