ワインが売りのはずなのに、品揃えがイマイチ。
ひとり乾杯はスパークリングワインで！と思い注文したのに、すみません！これしかありませんでした！って、シャンパングラスに少しだけ。これは、サービスしてもらいました。
それにしても、この日の営業始まって、それほど時間も経っていないんですよ。
ロゼワインは、全く置いてなくって、結局、甲州ワインの白とマスカットベーリーAをいただきました。
お通し2種。
おばんざい3種盛り。
チキン南蛮のハーフ盛り。
メンチカツ。
カウンター向こうでは、割烹着を着たO保方さん風のスタッフが盛り付けをしてくれます。
店長はポツンと一軒家に出てくるリポーターの声にソックリ。とても丁寧な接客は好印象。
チキン南蛮のハーフ盛りのつくねは、コリコリした軟骨の食感が楽しい。
メンチカツは、あらかじめ味がついていましたが、これがしょっぱいの。自分でソースをかけて食べたかったよ。
お通しもおばんざいも味付けが濃かったです。
お会計している間に貝出汁がサービス。
旨味たっぷり、滋味あふれる出汁。ダントツで美味しかった〜
帰りは、店長さんが玄関でお見送り。
