焼肉とホルモンは食樂におまかせ下さい❕❕
気軽に立ち寄れ、仕事帰りに一杯ひっかける、かつてはどこにでもあった昭和を思い出す…。そんな昔なつかしいホルモン屋を再現。手間ひまかけてさばいた新鮮ホルモンと本場盛岡冷麺をご堪能下さい。『愛と元氣』をテーマにそれぞれのお客様に『懐かしさと新鮮さ』 を感じていただけるお店です。 |
この界隈には、ホルモン食堂食樂 大和町店、
焼肉おはる 仙台大和町店、
七輪炭火焼 五郎八 大和町、
炭火焼肉 明月苑、
と、焼肉店が結構あって、
こちらは店名の通りホルモンが売り。
それと「焼肉冷麺 やまなか家」の系列店なのでその点でも安心。
以前はランチタイムも営業していて、
その頃は１~2回利用した記憶がありますが、
現在の営業時間は夜のみ。
ただ、通り掛かりに店頭の看板を見たら、
焼肉定食が数種類あったので、
夕飯利用で訪問してみました。
焼肉定食は7種類ラインナップされていて、
三元豚のカルビ定食 を注文。
ライス、スープ、キムチが付いて 1,050円（税込）
ライスは大中小が選べたので大に。
それと、単品で牛マルチョウ 650円（税込）、
生マッコリ 550円（税込）を追加。
こちらはガス式の焼肉コンロで、火力が強い。
火力がうまく調整できなかったので、
最高火力でどんどん焼き上がる。
焼き立ての三元豚のカルビは、
香ばしく、肉質は柔らかく、脂の旨み、三元豚の旨み、
とても美味しく、大盛りライスがどんどん進む（＾＾）
牛マルチョウは東京の有名店と比べると、
固さは強め、プルプル感は弱め。
まあ、次回は素直にこちらのイチオシの
しろ（豚ホルモン）、ガツ（豚の胃袋）を注文してみたい。
