【お店の様子について】
仙台駅東口付近にて、ピザを食べていこうかな…となんとなく思ったので、Google検索してみると、駅に近い商業施設の店舗でシカゴピザを提供しているお店を見つけ、お邪魔してみました。
商業施設Biviの4階にお店があるので、エスカレーター・エレベーターを使って、お店に向かいます。
お店の外観・内装は、落ち着いたイタリアンな感じです。
外側から厨房スペースが見えるような仕組みになっています。
【お料理について】
★シカゴピザ チーズトマト
目当てのシカゴピザは、数種類を提供しているようです。
少々迷いますが、オーソドックスなチーズトマトを選んでみました。
注文後、ピザの焼き上がりにはある程度の時間がかかるので、前菜など他のメニューを注文してみるといいかもしれません。
シカゴピザが焼きあがると、席でスタッフの方にピザを４等分に切り分けてもらえます。
切り分けられたピザを持ち上げると、大量のチーズもピザ生地と一緒に持ち上げることができます。…と同時に、チーズが皿の上にもこぼれてしまうので、SNS用に写真を撮るのであれば、最初の一枚に集中して撮影しましょう。
ピザ生地は、かなり分厚く、とろとろのチーズと相性がいいと感じます。
皿の上にこぼれてしまったチーズも、ピザ生地を掬いながら食べることで、無駄なく食べられると思います。
シカゴピザ以外にも、チーズメニューが多数あるようなので、特にチーズ好きな方は何度もリピートしたくなるお店だと思います。
