2023/07初訪問
最近オープンしたこちら。ランチもやっているとのことなので早速行って参りました。店内はやや暗めの造りですが、とても清潔で女性スタッフの接客も良い。これは夜に行きたいですね。
12:50に店内に入ると満席に近いですが、居酒屋のイメージなのでランチをやっていることを知らないのでしょうか？
ランチメニューは絞られており５種類でしたか。日替り、金華鯖、伊達チキ、カキフライ、大トロ牛タン。どれも宮城県にまつわるもの。こういった心遣いは嬉しいよね。
金華鯖定食（一尾）1200円
※半身980円
ご飯大盛は無料でした。定番ですが魚の定食は中々食べられないので、ランチでのお魚は大歓迎ですね。以前は近くの「不二子」「大戸屋（閉店）」「金市朗（閉店）」も魚定食をやってましたが、不二子はランチ中止となってしまいました。もう１軒ありますが、ご飯の大盛が出来ないしチョット難しい方なので…
そんなニーズを分かっているかのよう。ビジュアルは焼き目がキレイでとても美味そうですね。大根おろし、レモン、お味噌汁、お漬物。早速醤油を回しかけいただく。
むむっ、硬い！
これは焼き過ぎてすね…これではジューシーさやふわふわ感は無いでしょう。この感じは冷凍かな？コスト的には仕方が無いという感じでしょう。
それでも肉厚な鯖をいただけるのだから有り難い。ご飯にも合うしこれは美味しいですね。お味噌汁も飲みながら、あっという間に完食。
やっぱり魚は良いよね。
